Caring for the earth on ECO Day 2008

The annual event began with an inspiring speaker who urged students to live in a sustainable way, moved to outdoor activities that included picking up 1650 pounds of trash along northwest Connecticut roads, and concluded the following evening with a pancake bar featuring Hotchkiss-produced maple syrup.
