Connecting Computers to the School Network

All new and returning students are required to follow the steps given below to ensure timely connection to the School network in order to access e-mail and the Internet. Failure to do so WILL DELAY access! Should you run into problems, please contact the ITS Department Help Desk at (860) 435-4487.

Step One: Installing Adobe Acrobat
You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. If you do not, click on this link. After the Web page loads, click on Adobe and choose AdbeRdr810_enu_US.exe. Follow the screen instructions.
