Forgot your password?
- If you have forgotten your password, go back to Parent Central, then click the "Forgot Password?" link directly below the login box in the right sidebar.
- Enter your user name (the preferred e-mail address you provided to Hotchkiss) and click "Reset Password."
- You will receive an e-mail that includes your new password.
- Log in to Parent Central using the new password (you will need to enter it twice). Once you log in, you will be asked to change your password.

- Once you have successfully logged in, you will see a "Change Password" link directly beneath the "Logout" button in the login box. Click that link, enter your new password twice, click "Submit" and your password will be effective immediately..

Parent/Student Directory Help
Information not displaying?
Try using just the student's last name (you only need to search on one field to get results). Some families have requested that their address information not be shared with others, in which case the search will return only the student's name and class year.
If your information is not displaying, and you did not request to have your information withheld, Hotchkiss may not have received the form authorizing us to include your information in the directory. Download a PDF version of the consent form to return to the School.
Information incorrect?
If your information is incorrect or out-of-date, you can submit your new information online.
- You must be logged in to submit your changes online.
- Once you have logged in, scroll down the parent central page until you see the "Student Information Form" link in the right sidebar. Click it and enter your new information, which will be submitted to the Head of School's office as soon as you hit the "Submit" button.

Need help with the search?
Find Hotchkiss student/parent contact information by filling in one or more of the search fields. The search fields are not case-sensitive. States should be entered using their two-letter postal abbreviation (e.g., "ma" or "MA" for Massachusetts). The search will return the student and parent names, home address, home telephone number, and e-mail address. The search will return a maximum of 50 results.
The more information you provide, the narrower, or more specific, your search becomes. Provide less and the search engine will deliver a longer list of results. For example, typing only a "W" in the "Last Name" field will return a list of all students whose last names begin with a "W." Entering "Lee" for the student's last name and "AK" in the state field will yield only the student/parents named Lee who live in Alaska.
