Securities
For individuals wishing to make a gift of securities, the School recommends one of the following methods:

Establish an account in Hotchkiss's name.
Establish an account in Hotchkiss's name with your existing broker. Gift the
stock to that account, have your broker sell it, and then immediately notify Victoria
Armontrout, Gift Manager, via e-mail or
at (860) 435-3132, to make arrangements for sending the proceeds to the School.

Have your broker electronically transfer stock directly to Hotchkiss.
The School has a relationship with Salisbury Bank and Trust of Lakeville, Connecticut, for these purposes. Prior to making transfers, please call
Kiersten Steed at Salisbury Bank & Trust at (860) 435-9801, extension 1510.
Then have your broker send your stock to the following:

Memorial Gifts
Each year Hotchkiss receives many gifts in memory of alumni, students, parents, and other friends of the School. When memorial gifts are received, the Development Office notifies the deceased's family.
