Location
Walk-up service is available at the IT Service Desk located on the second floor of the Griswold Science Building in room 221.
After Hours
Service requests are processed during regular business hours. In the case of an emergency, contact the switchboard at (860) 435-2591 or dial "0" from any campus phone.
