    Hotchkiss Ensembles perform ambitious program for May 24 Crandall Concert

    The Hotchkiss Orchestra and the school jazz ensemble, Right Brain Logic, will showcase their formidable talent as ensembles in The 2013 Crandall Concert this Friday, May 24 at 6:30 p.m. in Katherine M. Elfers Hall, Esther Eastman Music Center. The concert is free and all are welcome to attend in support of these young musicians, many of whom are graduating seniors.

    Students Win in Real Food Initiative

    Real Food? Challenge accepted. Hotchkiss demonstrated its stewardship of the environment by signing on to the Real Food Campus Commitment on January 24, 2013. The two student leaders in this area, Sunny Kim ’13 and Karma Lama ’13, recently were recognized in a national competition, winning the 2013 Real Food Award for Student Group or Student Activist.

  • Announcing the 2013 recipient of the Alumni Award: T. Russell Shields ’59

    Since 1931, the Hotchkiss Alumni Association has honored 81 alumni with the Alumni Award. Selected by the Nominating Committee of the Board of Governors of the Alumni Association, each recipient, through personal achievement, has brought honor and distinction to him or herself and Hotchkiss. The Nominating/Awards Committee of the Alumni Board of Governors seeks candidates who have made significant contributions within their fields, and in so doing have earned the recognition of their peers on a national or international level.
