Reunion includes a wide variety of events and programs. Activities commence early morning on Friday, September 25 and continue through late morning on Sunday, September 27. Please explore the sections below to learn more..

Frequently Asked Questions

What is Reunion?
Reunion is a time to reconnect with Hotchkiss classmates and friends and with your alma mater. Every Hotchkiss class gathers on campus at five-year anniversaries of its graduation.

What is there to do during Reunion?
Reunion includes a wide variety of events and programs that are open to anyone who is on campus for the weekend. You can participate in some or all — it's up to you. Please view the Schedule to see what's included in the weekend’s offerings.

Are spouses/partners/significant others/kids invited?
Absolutely! Families and friends are welcome and encouraged to attend.

How do I register?
Once registration opens, please fill out the above form to register you and your guests.

How much does it cost to attend Reunion?
There is no registration fee to attend Fall Reunion.

Can I attend for a part of the weekend?
Yes. There are registration options for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Please select all of the events/meals you and your guests plan to attend.

Is housing available in the dorms?
No. Our students will be on campus and living in the dorms.

Can I check in without pre-registering?
While we do accept walk-ins, we strongly encourage you to register in advance. We cannot guarantee availability of dining services if you do not pre-register.

Is there a dress code?
Dress is casual all weekend, except for the Saturday evening class dinner, for which attire tends to be dressier. If you plan to participate in any sports such as golf, bring appropriate athletic attire.

I forget the layout of the campus. Will someone help me find my way?
Members of The Alumni Office will be available to help you. When you enter the Main Scoville Gate, signs will direct you to the Welcome Center. There will also be students and faculty around to direct you to various locations.

Class Gift

In celebration of this milestone year, members of the Class of 1976 are encouraged to continue their critical support of The 2025-2026 Hotchkiss Fund while also considering a special gift to the 50th Reunion Class Gift. The designation for this collective gift will be determined by the Reunion Committee following discussion with classmates and Staff Liaisons. The Class Gift effort will be announced shortly.

Misch II

The Office of Alumni Engagement will collect submissions for the Misch II, a 50th Reunion yearbook. To contribute to the yearbook, we will provide you with a link to fill out the questionnaire, or a Word document. The deadline for submissions is July 31.

Reunion Committee

Reunion would not be a success without the dedication and work of volunteers who know the nuances and personality of their classes. A Hotchkiss reunion provides a unique opportunity for classmates to reconnect throughout the year and during Reunion Weekend. Each class forms a Reunion Committee. Some members of the Committee focus on fundraising tasks (Gift Committee). Others focus on assisting with planning for Reunion Weekend itself (Social Committee). The overall shared objectives are to promote inclusiveness, generate strong attendance at Reunion, and raise funds for a class gift to Hotchkiss.

Staff Liaisons

Reunion Staff Liaisons

A strong partnership between reunion volunteers and reunion staff liaisons is a key factor in any reunion’s success. These liaisons are staff members in the Alumni and Development Office who provide planning support to reunion committee volunteers throughout the planning process. Here’s some information on our reunion partners:

Caroline Sallee Reilly ’87, director of alumni engagement, works closely with programming volunteers to coordinate the social aspects of your visit back to campus, including all class-specific events, to ensure that the weekend runs smoothly.
Nian Lee Wilder ’86, P’17,’20, director of reunion giving, works closely with fundraising volunteers to help classes build a lasting legacy at Hotchkiss through class participation in support of their reunion gift goals for The Hotchkiss Fund and special efforts including the 50th Reunion Class Gift.
