*About Learning Courage
Learning Courage is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping independent schools reduce incidents of sexual misconduct and abuse, improve institutional responses, and support healing for those affected. Hotchkiss has maintained a multi-year partnership with Learning Courage. Throughout the year, Amy Wheeler, the organization’s Executive Director, has led workshops that offer participants safe and supportive spaces to reflect on their experiences at Hotchkiss.
**Nature's Rhythm Mindfulness
Guided by Laozi's view that "Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished", this practice will embrace the gentle movement of nature to help anchor you in peaceful mindfulness. Whether you sway like the wind, flow like water, or listen to the whisper from the grass and the rocks; adopting the pace of Nature will help you develop an appreciation of the connection between the world within and around you.
