2026 Summer Portals Piano Concert Series

The Hotchkiss School invites the community to experience the 2026 Summer Portals Piano Concert Series, a celebrated annual tradition featuring internationally acclaimed artists and exceptional young musicians. The free concert series will take place July 14–24 in Katherine M. Elfers Hall at the Esther Eastman Music Center on the Hotchkiss campus.

Set against the backdrop of Lake Wononscopomuc and the Berkshire-Taconic mountains, the Summer Portals Piano Concert Series brings together world-renowned performers and young artists for a dynamic program of exciting solo recitals and chamber music. Audiences can enjoy the hall's exceptional acoustics and panoramic views, and picnic on the Hotchkiss grounds two hours before each concert.

This year's featured guest artists include renowned pianists Oxana Yablonskaya, Fabio Witkowski, Gisele Witkowski, Phillipe Raskin, Leonel Morales, Leo de Maria, and Michel Bourdoncle, as well as the acclaimed Fine Arts Quartet.

"The Summer Portals Piano Concert Series offers a rare opportunity for audiences to hear distinguished international artists alongside the next generation of exceptional musicians," said artistic director Fabio Witkowski. "These performances bring together artistic excellence, mentorship, and community in a beautiful setting."
