The Hotchkiss Orchestra and School jazz ensemble, Right Brain Logic, will perform in Katherine M. Elfers Hall, Esther Eastman Music Center on Sat., Dec. 7 at 7 p.m.. Admission is free and all are welcome. 

Right Brain Logic will perform an original piece honoring the memory of a former member of the ensemble, Robert Paris ’10. The piece, titled Robert Paris, is composed and arranged by Michael Musillami, instructor in jazz guitar and director of Right Brain Logic. The Hotchkiss Orchestra, conducted by Chair of the Visual and Performing Arts Department Fabio Witkowski, will join in the worldwide celebration of Beethoven’s 250th birthday by performing two beloved pieces: Fidelio Overture and Romance in F Major, with Hotchkiss Shane Kim ’20 as soloist. The program will also include movements from Bizet’s L'Arlésienne suite, and will finish with Sarasate’s virtuoso Zigeunerweisen (“Gypsy Airs”), with Angela Choi ’21 as soloist.
