Steven Hicks wins Halo Award for Frankenstein

Steven Hicks ’26 won the Halo Award for best performance in a leading male role in a contemporary play for his impressive role as the Creature in the Hotchkiss Dramatic Association’s production of Frankenstein. The play was performed in February and co-directed by Derek Brashears, director of theatre, resident designer, technical director, and instructor in theatre, and William Becker ’26.

Steven received the award on May 26 at the Palace Theater in Waterbury, CT. Andrew Knight, instructor in English and theatre, brought a group of Hotchkiss theatre nominees to the event.
