The Tremaine Art Gallery at The Hotchkiss School in Lakeville, CT is pleased to present ..."between the motion and the act"... featuring ceramics by Tony Bright and Jon Riedeman from January 27, 2024 through March 2, 2024.
An opening reception will be held on Saturday, January 27 from 4 to 6 p.m.
Recent works in clay by Tony Bright and Jon Riedeman offer contrast and complement, speaking through stark graphical elements and the spiritual exploration of the natural world. Addressing the embodiment of relationships, whether between function and aesthetics or between humanity and the animal kingdom, this exhibition invites the viewer to connect to it all.
The Tremaine Art Gallery is open Tuesday to Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. It is closed on Monday.
