Athletic Coach Details

Phil Hodosy serves as head of the Humanities and Social Sciences Department. He was previously associate dean of academics & faculty, history teacher, and head crew coach at Suffield Academy. He earned his B.A. in global studies from St. Lawrence University, where he was also a four-year member of the varsity crew program. Phil completed his M.S.Ed. in Independent School Leadership at the University of Pennsylvania in 2019. He and his wife, Liz '07, live on campus with their daughter, Eloise.
