Athletic Coach Details

Charlotte Sassano, a 2013 Hotchkiss graduate, joins the faculty in 2025. She teaches mathematics and supports the squash & sailing programs. She graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in mathematics and a M.S. in business analytics, serving as the co-captain of the varsity squash team in her senior year. Before joining the faculty, Charlotte spent eight years working in data science & analytics across a variety of technology companies, most recently serving as the director of analytics at a start-up in New York City. She lives on campus in Wieler Hall with her husband, Christian.
