The lacrosse career for Amie Dickson '13 has closed with a bang as she was named first-team All-Ivy League for her record-setting season on the Cornell women's lacrosse team.
Dickson, who split time between attack and midfield, led all members of the Big Red this season in points (72) and assists (41). Her assist total is a new single-season record for Cornell and was nearly three times the amount of the next-highest total on the team. Dickson added 31 goals to leave her just two points shy of the single-season points record.
Her points contributed to a strong season for the Big Red, who won their second Ivy League title in team history and finished 13-6 overall. Unfortunately, Princeton proved to be the team's kryptonite, edging Cornell in both the Ivy League and NCAA tournaments.
