Boys Varsity Squash Dominates Loomis Chaffee

Boys Varsity Squash won 7-0 over Loomis Chaffee, not conceding a single game. Liam Waldron ’25, Dwyer Illick ’26, Arvaan Motwane ’26, Ethan Woo ’24, Brooks Clifford ’23, Christian Waldron ’23, Eli Levy ’24 and Callan Venkatesan ’23 all won their match 3-0.

Hotchkiss was strong from top to bottom throughout the match. While some games were contested, they were all won by Hotchkiss in convincing fashion.

Liam Waldron played a very strong match, conceding only 11 points over the three games that he won. Christian Waldron had a competitive match, winning his games 11-6, 11-9, and 11-9.

Dwyer Illick and Arvaan Motwane, the two preps that played in the match were very impressive. They both handled their opponents with ease, with Motwane winning 11-7, 11-7, 11-5, and Illick winning 11-7, 11-4, and 11-6.

Eli Levy’s match saw the second game go to extra points, finishing 12-10. The other two games were won easily by him to round out a great victory.

Brooks Clifford and Ethan Woo both won their matches, and Callan Venkatesan’s win capped off a perfect match for Hotchkiss

This was a dominant win for Hotchkiss, and they are sure to be happy with this result. They are now 7-1, and they will look to improve their record when they play Kent and Suffield on January 18th.
