Absence Requests: PARENT ACTION NEEDED
We kindly ask that Winter Break absence requests be submitted by Thursday, Dec. 7 through the Veracross Parent Portal for ALL students. Students may depart after their last commitment. Please take a moment to submit your request if you have not already done so!
- Click “Submit Absence Request.”
- Choose "Multi-Day Absence," then select "other" as the reason. Enter the departure and return dates. Include departure and return times, destination, and host contact information within the notes section.
- If the travel details do not adhere to the departure and arrival guidelines, you will be contacted by the class dean.

Winter Break Shuttle Bus Transportation
Bus reservations can be made through Nov. 29 by completing the registration form emailed to students. Reservations are required and cancellations after Nov. 29 are non-refundable. After the Nov. 29 reservation deadline, late requests will be processed only if seats are available and a late fee of $5 will be assessed.
