Yuka Masamura '21

The exhibit, which is open June 27, 2020 - August 2, 2020, showcases the art of high school students throughout Connecticut, New Jersey, and New York. The annual juried competition features 55 works of fine art selected from more than 850 submissions, representing 123 high schools.

iCreate serves as an outlet for young, emerging artists, amplifying the scope of their pieces’ influence and providing the community a glimpse into local artistic potential. The works are of diverse mediums and explore different themes ranging from critiques of traditional social constructs to sharing tributes of family and friends, expressions of cultural diversity, communicating the importance of health and well-being, and gender identity.
